Why the Razorba®?
The Razorba is the world's first, most popular, and best selling shaving product for back hair. Simply put, it really works. This award winning revolutionary product has been featured in Maxim Magazine, USA Today, Stuff Magazine, MTV, Chicago Tribune and many other newspapers, magazines and television shows around the world. Designed by engineers.

Will shaving my back hair cause it to grow back longer, thicker or darker?
No. This is a common myth. If a hair is not cut at a 90 degree angle, the tip may appear wider than the hair shaft. This optical illusion has fueled the myth. In reality, hair will be the same thickness as before and will not grow in longer, thicker or darker. If this myth were true bald men would regularly shave their heads to gain longer and thicker hair. Read what the Mayo Clinic says about shaving here.

Which brand of razor works in the Razorba®?
Use your favorite brand of razor or disposable. The most popular among Razorba users is the Gillette Fusion, Gillette Fusion ProGlide, and Gillette M3 Power. Look for a double-blade razor with moisture strip for best results. You can easily insert and remove a razor from the Razorba.

How can I apply shaving cream to my back?
Use your hand and apply the cream or get the Razorba® Stud Stamper™ applicator brush attachment from the order page.

What's wrong with back hair?
It's not attractive. It can increase body odor. Women, especially younger women hate back hair. And in western culture back hair is considered funny.

Why do we offer Gold and Platinum Editions?
It's our way of giving our customers a volume discount. It could be three friends interested in a volume discount or for guys who want one for home, trips, and their vacation home.

Why not battery operated?
Why mess with it? The Razorba works amazing with your favorite razor. But after many iterations in design we finally developed an electric powered Razorba worthy of the name. The Razorba Sum3 Power works just like the Razorba War Hammer (you can still attach your favorite razor). But, we added a wide electric blade (replaceable). Over 3 inches, double the width of other shavers. It has microchip controlled charging, can be used wet or dry, cordless, and is a Razorba. Two shavers in one.

Like it the classic way? Of course, you can still do electric shaving with your Razorba War Hammer or Razorba Silencer and a Gillette M3 Power.

We decided on developing the finest quality shaver for the back. The Razorba used with a Gillette Mach 3 represents over $1 billion in research and development.

Why is back hair neglected?
The problem for men is we can’t reach the hair! So we either beg a volunteer to help us, walk the trail of tears to the waxing salon, or pretend the problem will go away.

Which Razorba should I chose?

Which is the best method to remove back hair?
Chemicals can be used to dissolve the hair. You’ll need a volunteer to apply it on you. Then wait 15 minutes or so, and rinse it off. Next, start pulling the remaining hair off with a wash cloth, being careful not to further irritate skin. Skin irritation and permanent scarring are possible side effects. The result is a sore red back.

Laser treatment is expensive, requires multiple treatments, and won't thwart new hair growth. CNN says "...the procedure feels like hot bacon grease splattering your skin." Read the article here.

Waxing hurts, ask any salon worker who waxes, and they will tell you. Waxing literally rips the hair from your back. Depending on your body, the hair will start growing back in a day to a week, not really worth the pain! If that’s not embarrassing enough, many salons charge per the amount of hair waxed. Expect to pay at least $50.00 per session, about $200.00 a month or $2,400.00 a year!. Make sure you plan ahead and make an appointment. Your back will usually be quite red and sore from the trauma, but the hair will be gone.

Shaving can be done, but again requires a volunteer to help. Shaving works very well, is inexpensive unlike waxing, and doesn’t harm your back as chemicals can. And is painless.

Solution: Combine the accessibility of reaching your own back, convenience of anytime and anywhere, with the best method of back hair removal—shaving and the solution is the Razorba.
